Returns and Exchanges
For items bought through Amazon.co.uk, please refer to the applicable Amazon Returns Policy, which takes precedent to any policy listed here.
Any accessories included as a package with the main item (e.g. bag, phone case) must also be returned to be eligible for a full refund.
We are able to offer a full refund with free returns within 30 days of receipt for any reason for unused, unworn and unwashed items that still have their swing tags attached. Proof of purchase required. Contact us for a pre-paid postage label. There is no need for the products to be in the original vacuum packed bag.
For exchanges, please return the original item in an unused, unworn, unwashed condition with swing tags still attached for a refund and then place an order for the new item.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

1 Year Warranty
All our robes are covered by our 1 Year warranty from the date of order, for serious manufacturing defects affecting the functioning of the robe. Proof of purchase required. Register your warranty below. Normal wear and tear, failure to follow care guidelines or accidents are excluded. Please note that occasional, small, untrimmed threads do sometimes occur during the manufacturing process of any clothing items. These can easily be removed and do not qualify for the warranty. Contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org with photographs of the defect. Free accessories are not covered.
Please securely package and return the defective robe using the pre-paid label, including a printed copy of the original order. Once received and inspected, we will contact you to arrange a refund or delivery of a new replacement robe, free of charge.
None of this affects your statutory rights.
